TENS and E-Stim rely on electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles. TENS (TranscutaneousElectrical Nerve Stimulation) works by sending low-voltage electrical pulses to nerves, effectively blocking pain signals from reaching the brain, but it does not contribute to tissue healing. E-Stim (Electrical Stimulation), on the other hand, is designed to create muscle contractions, which can help prevent atrophy, improve circulation, and aid in lymphatic flow. While both modalities have benefits, they primarily function by externally stimulating nerves or muscles, rather than addressing tissue repair at a cellular level.
T-Plus therapy, on the other hand, works fundamentally differently, at a much deeper physiological level, using low-frequency electromagnetic energy (448 kHz) to stimulate cellular repair, increase microcirculation, and promote deep tissue healing. Unlike E-Stim, which relies on mechanical muscle contractions, ultimately creating stress and fatigue, T-Plus therapy directly enhances blood perfusion and lymphatic drainage, and most importantly, directly stimulates stem cell proliferation making it more effective for injuries, inflammation reduction, and post-surgical recovery, all while addressing the issue at the source, without additional stress.
Results with the T-Plus session is immediate, depending on the condition, with patients often feeling relief and improved mobility right away, whereas E-Stim benefits build gradually over multiple sessions, with less results.
